Avoid wearing makeup, especially foundation, powder, or any product on areas where the mask contacts the face (nose, cheeks, chin). These can affect the seal. Remove jewelry or accessories near the face and neck (e.g., large earrings, nose rings, or dangling earrings) as they may interfere with mask fit. Take your regular medications as prescribed, especially for conditions such as high blood pressure, asthma, or diabetes. If unsure, consult your healthcare provider before your appointment.
