NursesWeCare Policy Summary Professional Standards and Service Policies NursesWeCare is a nurse-led occupational health service provider committed to delivering safe, evidence-based services in accordance with Canadian occupational health nursing standards, CSA guidelines, and regulatory best practices. To ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, the following policies apply to all services. Appointment Confirmation Appointments are confirmed only after official confirmation is received from NursesWeCare. Requests submitted through the website or email do not constitute a confirmed appointment until confirmation is issued. Eligibility and Pre-Appointment Requirements Clients are responsible for reviewing and meeting all pre-appointment requirements, including but not limited to: Facial hair requirements for respirator fit testing Compliance with infection prevention measures Accurate completion of intake information Appointments may be rescheduled or declined if requirements are not met. Mobile Services Mobile respirator fit testing and workplace services are provided subject to review and approval. To ensure safety and service quality: Each mobile session is limited to a maximum of three (3) participants Site suitability (space, ventilation, infection control) must meet requirements Scheduling depends on staff and equipment availability Scope of Practice All services are delivered by Registered Nurses within their professional scope of practice. NursesWeCare does not provide medical diagnoses or clearance for work. Abnormal findings are referred to appropriate healthcare providers as required. Cancellations and No-Shows Late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to comply with requirements may result in: Loss of appointment time Rescheduling delays Applicable service fees (where outlined) Quality and Safety Commitment NursesWeCare maintains a Quality Assurance and Audit Program to ensure services are delivered safely, consistently, and in alignment with professional standards. By requesting or booking services with NursesWeCare, clients acknowledge and agree to these policies.
