Program Overview
The NursesWeCare RN Train-the-Trainer Program is a structured, mentorship-based professional development pathway designed for registered nurses interested in occupational health and infection prevention and control practice.

This in-person program supports the development of internal nursing capacity for workplace respirator fit testing, in alignment with CAN/CSA-Z94.4 standards, organizational policies, and professional nursing accountability.

The program emphasizes safe practice, accurate documentation, professional communication, and real-world application through guided instruction and supervised hands-on learning.
Participation is selective to ensure appropriate mentorship, quality oversight, and patient and worker safety.

Who This Program Is For
This program is intended for registered nurses who are exploring or transitioning into occupational health or IPAC roles, support employee health or workplace safety initiatives, or are involved in clinical education within their organization.
Applicants must hold active RN licensure and demonstrate professional interest in respiratory protection programs, infection prevention, or occupational health nursing practice.

Participants who successfully complete all required components receive a Certificate of Completion from NursesWeCare Academy.
This certificate confirms participation in professional education and competency validation. It does not replace regulatory education, authorize independent practice beyond employer or organizational policies, or confer external certification.

Program scheduling is limited and offered on a periodic basis to ensure mentorship quality and clinical oversight.
