As a new graduate nurse in the Critical Care Unit (CCU)/Medical Step-down, I have been exposed to a broad spectrum of patients with a wide range of critical conditions. I have had numerous opportunities to manage complex care needs, including post-surgical patients, those recovering from respiratory failure, and individuals with serious cardiac and neurological issues. Mistakes can be made from anyone, it is a part of life and forgiveness is the key to make it successful. If someone makes a mistake then try to correct them or help them to come out of the situation instead of pushing them into trouble.
