We are delighted to share the success of our recent Health & Wellness Fair, held on April 26, 2025, at the Port Credit Legion. This community-centered event brought together seniors, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and local organizations in a collaborative effort to promote healthier, more empowered living.

The fair featured a wide range of engaging topics and interactive sessions, including:

•  Understanding the importance of assistive devices

•  Planning ahead through advance care directives

•  Exploring natural pain relief techniques

•  Discovering the benefits of reflexology

•  Learning how to “right-size” gracefully when transitioning in life

We extend our deepest gratitude to MPP Rudy Cuzzetto for generously sponsoring the lunch and refreshments, helping to foster a warm, welcoming environment for all who attended. We were also honored by MPP Cuzzetto’s presentation of official scrolls to our valued vendors and exhibitors in recognition of their outstanding contributions to community wellness.
