NursesWeCare Immunization & Health Screening Services – Policies, Terms and Conditions NursesWeCare provides immunization and health screening services by a Registered Nurse (RN) trained in IPAC and Occupational Health Nursing. Services include immunization record and lab titer review, vaccine administration, TB skin testing, vision and hearing screening, clearance records, and optional wellness screening with consent. Eligibility and Consent Clients must be 18 or older, or have parent/guardian consent where required. Clients must disclose illness, allergies, and contraindications before services. Consent is required for all procedures. Services support occupational and educational clearance and do not replace medical care. Records and Validity Clearance follows applicable Canadian public health, provincial, employer, and institutional requirements. Periodic updates or rescreening may be required. Clients must retain and submit their records as needed. Cancellations Individual appointments require 24 hours' notice. Group and institutional bookings require 48 hours' notice for changes or cancellations. Safety and Privacy Equipment is disinfected between clients. NursesWeCare follows applicable IPAC protocols and privacy legislation, including PHIPA/PIPEDA where applicable. Information is not shared without consent unless required by law. Limitations Services provide screening and clearance documentation only, not comprehensive diagnosis or treatment. Final acceptance of records rests with the receiving institution or employer.
